What I find is the singular most common element apart from pain is misalignment of muscles and tendons, lots of adhesions and contracted muscles.
I am continually amazed at how much improvement can be gained by aligning, freeing and relaxing muscles. It makes sense that when the muscles are aligned there is less friction and therefore less inflammation.
I have also made up a tea with ingredients that care for inflamed painful tissues and stimulate eliminatory functions. I have called it Joint -ease.
